1. Supervise the work of shift quality control supervisors, clerks, sorters, packers and mazdoors and to ensure that they are caring out the assigned work properly and correctly.
2. Give instruction to supervisors and others in the department about the standards specifications of routine jobs.
3. To maintain discipline in the department & carryout the various jobs without loss of time. A good housekeeping is a must.
4. ISO Certification Audit to maintain and update all relevant records for ISO-9001 / 14001 /22000 certification and its periodical audits
5. Check and ensure daily that the specifications and approved blue prints are available for every type of bottle in production. If these are not available, arrange to get the approved drawings from the design department and other specific requirements from sales department.
