Hi Looking for Legal Executive/ Manager LLB/LLM is mandatory Experience : 2-10 Yrs Location : Bangalore NP : immediate to 10 Days Drafting of MOUs, Joint Development Agreements, General power of Attorneys, Agreement of sale, sale deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements and other deeds in relation to property. Co-ordinate with Government offices to obtain required information/documents etc., Registration of documents before sub-registrar. Drafting and reviewing of legal notice, reply to legal notice, legal correspondences and deal with revenue law related issues and liasoning with Advocates in this regard. Liasoning with different departments as necessary to complete any and all formalities concerning Property matters legal Research and advisory work updating and managing legal MIs RERA Compliance.
