Shift InCharge (Production)

Job Summary:
Colorplast is seeking a dedicated Shift InCharge (Production) to manage and supervise production activities during assigned shifts. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on industry knowledge, and the ability to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor production processes during the shift.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Allocate manpower and manage workforce effectively.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain safety, health, and compliance standards.
• Prepare and submit daily shift reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 3–10 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the printing & packaging industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
