Job Title: Production Manager (Aluminum Extrusion)

Role Overview

Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership:

  Oversee the end-to-end production process on the new 9-inch press and existing lines.

• Team Management:

  Lead, mentor, and manage a full production crew to meet daily output targets.

• Technical Oversight:

  Manage die-setting, temperature control, extrusion speed, and quenching processes specifically for 9-inch press technology.

• Quality Control:

  Ensure all profiles meet industry standards and customer specifications (dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and hardness).

• Maintenance Coordination:

  Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure minimal downtime on the new machinery.

• Efficiency Optimization:

  Reduce scrap rates and optimize gas/electricity consumption.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience:

  Aluminum Extrusion industry

  (Mandatory).

• Technical Knowledge:

  Proven experience operating and managing Chinese-manufactured extrusion presses.

• Immediate Availability:

  Must be able to join

  immediately

  or within a very short notice period.

Skills Needed

• Expertise in 9-inch press operations.
• Leadership and manpower handling.
• Production planning and scheduling.
