Job Title: Shift Incharge – BOE

Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering + BOE Certificate
Experience: 8 –10 Years in Power Plant Operations (WHRB)
No. of Vacancies: 4

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise WHRB power plant operations during the shift.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Boiler, Turbine, Generator & auxiliaries.
• Perform efficiency calculations and optimize plant performance.
• Coordinate with desk engineers and field engineers for smooth operation.
• Monitor parameters, identify abnormalities, and initiate corrective actions.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, statutory, and safety requirements.
• Maintain shift logbooks, reports, and operational documentation.
• Guide and mentor shift team members for better efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in WHRB/BTG operations.
• Strong knowledge of power plant operation & efficiency monitoring.
• BOE certification with hands-on troubleshooting expertise.
• Leadership and decision-making ability during shift operations.
