Production1.To execute and adhere to the shift production plan2. To increase available time usage ratio.3. To run machine on defined tact4. To reduce and eliminate rework generation5.To coordinate with maintenance dept.. and production section heads to ensure minimum downtime of machinery.1.PPC plan Vs Actual2. Hourly Plan Vs Actual 3.Arrangement of consumables in time4. Availability of Tooling required in time.5. No. of times machines running outside defined tact6.
