Position: Shift Engineer Wafering Maintenance Experience: 5 - 15 Years Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech (Full time) Role Overview: Responsible for safe, smooth operation and upkeep of wafer-cutting (sawing/grinding/polishing) equipment across shifts. Key Responsibilities: Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on wafering machinery, including sawing, grinding, and polishing tools, to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly, utilizing technical manuals and diagnostic tools to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Process Optimization: Collaborate with process engineers to fine-tune wafering processes, aiming to enhance yield, throughput, and overall equipment efficiency (OEE). Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and any incidents, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment and participating in safety audits and training sessions.
