Hiring: Team Member Cell Maintenance - Female Drive Location: Gujarat | Industry: Photovoltaic (PV) / Semiconductor / Electronics Manufacturing A leading Solar PV Manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cell Maintenance Professional to join their state-of-the-art facility in Jamnagar, Gujarat . This role is pivotal in driving the performance, reliability, and operational efficiency of high-precision equipment within a fast-paced FAB environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of equipment technicians to ensure excellence in Safety, Quality, Yield, and Cost Design and execute maintenance strategies to minimize Unscheduled Downtime (UDT) and optimize Scheduled Downtime (SDT) Track equipment metrics like MTBF and MTBA , and use data-driven insights to guide improvements Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and regulatory standards Implement 5S standards , workplace organization, and process improvements Coordinate procurement and inventory control of tools and spare parts Contribute to cost reduction through in-house repair, refurbishment , and spare qualification Support audits and compliance efforts across maintenance operations Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field 2-8 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in: Solar PV manufacturing Semiconductor fabrication High-tech electronics production Desired Skills: Strong knowledge of equipment repair, performance monitoring, and preventive maintenance Excellent problem-solving and data analysis abilities Effective communication, leadership, and team development skills Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure Familiarity with HIRAC, CAPA systems, and process yield improvement What's on Offer: Opportunity to work in a next-generation manufacturing facility Be part of India’s growing renewable energy and electronics sector Competitive compensation and career advancement opportunities A culture of innovation, safety, and operational excellence Interested?
