Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Shift Engineer with 4 to 10 years of experience in the Agrochemicals/Chemicals industry, specifically in Green field/brown field Projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and evaluate contractors' progress.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports on project status.
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with tender conditions.
Verify bills and perform measurements as per tender conditions.
Collaborate with the team to discuss work schedules and progress.
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Agrochemicals/Chemicals in Green field/brown field Projects.
Strong knowledge of various codes and standards related to mechanical engineering.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with bill verification and measurement checking procedures.
A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
