Job Description

We Are Hiring: Shift Engineer Mechanical Maintenance

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:
Diploma (DME) / BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
4 to 6 years in Mechanical Maintenance
Age:
24 to 32 years

Key Skills & Technical Expertise:

Hands-on experience in breakdown and preventive maintenance of mechanical systems
Exposure to CNC machine mechanical maintenance in machine shop
Ability to interpret and work with mechanical drawings
Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, etc.)
SAP knowledge for maintenance logging and tracking
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintenance reports

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment and CNC machine components
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime
Maintain maintenance records in SAP and prepare necessary reports
Ensure adherence to safety protocols during maintenance activities
Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth equipment functioning
