Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shift Engineer to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd., located in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the property management team.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of property-related activities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with property management software and systems.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals.
Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
