Preferred Experience

Experience in metal melting operations.
Experience in large metal plant environments.
Experience working with a team of 25+ people is desirable.
Familiarity with charging of metals and handling large volumes of metal pieces.
Experience with SAP is preferred.

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
Strong ability to implement SOPs, Do's & Don'ts, Risk Assessments, Standard Operating Conditions, and Critical to Quality (CTQ) guidelines on the shop floor.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Gujarati language.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
Added advantage: Knowledge of Minitab, Six Sigma, QC Tools, Kaizen, Statistical Process Control, TQM, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001.

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)

Work experience: 3 to 5 years.
Qualification: BE in Engineering Mechanical, Production, or Chemical.
Industry: Metal melting, Foundries.
