Formed in 2017 through a joint venture between Pest Control India and Rentokil, Rentokil PCI focuses on developing industry-leading service operations through best practices, innovations, and digital technologies. **Role Overview:** As a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer at Rentokil PCI in Mumbai (Goregaon), your key responsibilities include: - Participating in health & safety training to effectively perform assigned roles - Creating awareness of SHE policies and procedures within the organization - Advising and assisting the business in effective SHE management - Maintaining SHE manual, procedures, legislations, standards, and related records - Organizing and conducting health & safety training sessions - Planning and conducting SHE inspections - Recommending correction and improvement strategies for the business - Monitoring and updating the business on new SHE standards/regulations - Ensuring proper investigation and follow-up actions for all incidents - Handling general SHE-related correspondence - Reporting and reviewing the organization's SHE performance periodically - Managing environmental compliance and developing strategies for sustainable development - Calculating carbon footprint reduction and reporting environmental performance - Promoting awareness of environmental issues within the organization - Training staff on environmental issues and responsibilities - Developing and implementing strategies for minimizing environmental impacts - Coordinating with cross-functional teams for environment sustenance initiatives **Qualifications Required:** To be considered for this role, you should have: - 3 or more years of relevant experience in Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) - Degree or diploma in Health & Safety - Graduation in science or agriculture disciplines - Willingness to travel 10 days per month to different business divisions within the country - Ability to develop, present, and implement corporate policies & strategies for SHE management - Effective communication, training, and organizational skills - Good computer proficiency At Rentokil PCI, you will enjoy benefits such as an attractive base salary, annual performance-based bonus, group mediclaim insurance policy, travel reimbursement, and equal opportunities for growth and development.
