Job Description

Microsoft 365 Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and support the full suite of Microsoft 365 products:

Exchange Online
,
SharePoint Online
,
Teams
,
OneDrive for Business
,
Outlook

Drive adoption of
Teams as a Platform
, including
voice integration
, and support business process automation.
Build and deploy solutions using
Power Platform
tools:

Power Apps
,
Power Automate

Manage and support
Azure AD
features:

Access Packages
,
Conditional Access Policies

Participate in
M365 migrations
, operations, and troubleshooting across the Microsoft cloud stack.
Implement and enforce
security and compliance
standards using:

Microsoft Purview
,
DLP
,
TLS
,
DKIM
,
DMARC

Automate tasks and enhance admin efficiency using
PowerShell scripting
.
Troubleshoot Exchange 2016 and Microsoft Edge issues.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and follow
ITIL
practices for change and incident management.
Understand and apply concepts related to
network protocols
such as HTTP, DNS, SMTP, TCP/IP, proxies, and load balancers.

Must-Have Skills:

3 - 4 years of
hands-on experience with SharePoint Online
and
Power Platform
Deep understanding of
Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Proficiency in
Microsoft Teams
, especially platform customization and automation
Strong knowledge of
Outlook
,
Exchange Online
, and
Exchange 2016
Experience with
Azure AD
,
Conditional Access
, and
Access Packages
Familiarity with
DLP
,
Microsoft Purview
, and compliance policies
Hands-on experience with
PowerShell scripting
Troubleshooting expertise across email, Teams, and cloud-based services

Good to Have:

Knowledge of
