Job Description

About the Role

SharePoint Application Support Executive

The candidate will also have the opportunity to work on 1,718 live SharePoint applications in a dynamic business environment, gain hands-on experience in application support, UAT, and user coordination, and grow their expertise in SharePoint technologies and IT support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

SharePoint Application Support (L1/L2)

Provide daily on-site support for 17 -18 SharePoint 2013 applications.
Resolve user queries related to permissions, lists/libraries, and basic functionality.
Monitor applications and escalate issues when needed.
Perform basic checks on lists, libraries, views, workflows, and forms.

End User Coordination

Act as the first point of contact for business users.
Assist with navigation, troubleshooting, and coordinate with IT/vendor teams.

UAT Assistance for Migrated SharePoint Applications

Support UAT activities for migrated SharePoint 2013 applications to the new platform.
Execute test cases, validate data, and log issues.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain usage notes, common issue resolutions, and UAT status reports.

Required Technical Skills :

Candidates with
1 - 2 years experience
in SharePoint/application support.
Basic knowledge knowledge of SharePoint 2013 (lists, libraries, permissions).
Understanding of application support processes and ticketing tools.
MS Excel and documentation skills.
Exposure to SharePoint Online / Modern SharePoint.
Awareness of UAT concepts.
Experience in application support or IT helpdesk.
Freshers with internship + hands-on SharePoint exposure are welcome!
