• Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and C#.• Understanding of business processes and workflows.• Ability to create detailed technical documentation.• Strong project management skills.• Excellent active listening skills and attention to detail.• Ability to collaborate with and influence others toward a shared vision or goal.• Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to adapt and be flexible as project conditions call for.Additional or Preferred Qualifications:• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant or higher.• Experience with Power Platform integrations with external systems.• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud computing.• Experience with Agile methodologies.• Strong understanding of data security and compliance.
