Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and patient Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one support to a student with special learning needs within a mainstream classroom setting. The Shadow Teacher will assist the student with academic tasks, behavior management, and social integration, ensuring they can participate effectively in daily school activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual support to the assigned student during class hours. Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) or behavioral strategies. Help the student stay focused and engaged with classroom tasks. Foster the student’s independence and confidence. Coordinate regularly with teachers, parents, and specialists to track progress. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. Experience working with children with special needs is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a supportive attitude. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Brahmand, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Current Monthly Salary?
