The ideal candidate should be patient, observant, and have good communication skills in English. Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized support to a child during school hours Assist the child in academic, behavioral, and social development Help with focus, task completion , and classroom participation Collaborate with class teachers and parents for progress tracking Promote independence and confidence in the child Requirements: Female candidates only Good English communication (spoken and written) Should be presentable and nurturing Should reside near Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad Background in psychology or special education is a plus, but not mandatory Empathy, patience, and consistency are key!
