Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled SFX Operator / SFX Technician to manage and execute special effects during live events, concerts, weddings, corporate shows, and entertainment productions. The candidate should have technical knowledge of SFX equipment and ensure safe, timely, and flawless execution during events.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate special effects such as cold pyros, CO₂ jets, confetti, smoke, sparkulars, flame bars, cryo guns, and haze machines
• Set up, test, and dismantle SFX equipment before and after events
• Coordinate with event managers, production teams, lighting & sound operators for cue-based execution
• Ensure all safety norms, permissions, and standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintain and troubleshoot SFX equipment during live shows
• Manage power connections, DMX controllers, and firing systems
• Conduct rehearsals and cue checks prior to event execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SFX systems and live event execution
• Knowledge of DMX, controllers, and safety protocols
• Ability to work under pressure during live events
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (late nights/weekends)
• Basic technical or electrical knowledge preferred

Preferred Profile

• Experience in concerts, weddings, festivals, corporate events
• Physically fit for equipment handling and on-ground execution
• Safety certification (if any) is an added advantage

Compensation

• Salary/Fee: As per experience and skill level

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
