As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer at ShyftLabs in Noida, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement efficient solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools. Your role will involve: - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Connect for push and SMS, Einstien, AMPscript coding, and hand-coding HTML and CSS without relying on a WYSIWYG editor. - Demonstrating exacting attention to detail, being a self-starter who can work independently, lead a team of developers and engineers, follow instructions meticulously, work under tight deadlines, and escalate quickly to remove blockers. - Proactively offering assistance rather than just being an order taker. - Building, editing, and testing templates and emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, frequently coding and modifying AMPscript, tracking metrics, and reporting on individual emails and campaigns. - Hand coding HTML and CSS, creating Journey Builder forms and Web Studio Cloud Pages, working closely with the email team, external departments, and third-party vendors, managing programs, projects, and tasks, creating and modifying global and local content blocks, defining data extensions requirements, formatting, uploads, and troubleshooting, creating conditional logic, and utilizing email A/B testing, personalization, and customization. - Demonstrating a core understanding of how metrics impact performance, avoiding the use of a WYSIWYG interface for coding, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop for image modification, understanding data extensions, subscriber imports, and group creation based on data filters, possessing advanced knowledge of SQL, creating Salesforce CRM reports, utilizing Jira project management software, performing Microsoft Excel data manipulation (vLookups), adapting to changing priorities instantly, and showcasing superior communication skills. Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of email marketing experience focusing on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. - 3+ years of experience with AWS Lambda. - 5+ years of experience with Python. - 5+ years of coding AMPscript. - Proficiency in email A/B testing, personalization, customization, email best practices, optimization, and using Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop. - Thorough understanding of data extensions, subscriber imports, group creation based on data filters, advanced SQL knowledge, Salesforce CRM report creation, Jira project management software, and Microsoft Excel data manipulation (vLookups). - Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with frequent last-minute changes.,
