Primary Skill Area:Marketing Automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Mandatory Skills (Must-Have):Hands-on end-to-end campaign experience using Salesforce Marketing CloudExperience with multichannel campaigns including WhatsApp and SMS in addition to emailStrong in SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and JavaScriptBachelors Degree in Engineering preferably Computer Science or Electronics & Communication (E&C)
Roles and Responsibilities:Deliver full journey builds in SFMC: create segments, automations, emails, cloud pages, and journeysExecute multichannel campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp) and ensure seamless user experience
Collaborate with Campaign Project Managers to support functional campaign designHelp define processes and timelines for activating new channels (e.g., WhatsApp, SMS)Translate marketing/sales goals into functional SFMC automationsManage data through Data Extensions, imports, and segmentationGenerate reports post-campaign execution to analyze performance metricsTo Apply, Please Share the Following:Updated Resume (highlighting SFMC and multichannel experience)Current CTCExpected CTCCurrent LocationNotice Period /
