Job Description

As a Salesforce Consultant at Infosys, with over 9 years of experience in Salesforce, including Salesforce Lightning (Lightning Aura) and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), your primary responsibility will be to define Salesforce architecture, share alternative solution approaches, and establish development best practices that align with customer needs. You will actively participate in and lead customer design review boards, utilizing your expertise in Apex, Integration, and LWC. Your prior implementation experience in Sales and Service cloud will be essential as you manage and mentor a team of 10 to 15 members, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. Possessing certifications like Salesforce PD1, PD2, Sales and Service Consultant is required, with additional SFDC certifications considered advantageous. In your role at Infosys, you will lead consulting engagements by providing high-quality solutions to clients, from problem definition to deployment. You will guide consultants in proposal preparation, analyze solutions, and identify risks and change management requirements. Your responsibilities will include coaching, training, and motivating team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. Your role will involve active participation in organizational initiatives, contributing towards delivering value-adding consulting solutions to clients while adhering to organizational processes. You are expected to demonstrate strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-industry thought leadership, along with proficiency in software configuration management systems and client interfacing skills. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, financial processes for projects, and different pricing models.
