As a Salesforce Consultant at Infosys, with over 9 years of experience in Salesforce, including Salesforce Lightning (Lightning Aura) and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), your primary responsibility will be to define Salesforce architecture, share alternative solution approaches, and establish development best practices that align with customer needs. You will guide consultants in proposal preparation, analyze solutions, and identify risks and change management requirements. Your role will involve active participation in organizational initiatives, contributing towards delivering value-adding consulting solutions to clients while adhering to organizational processes. You are expected to demonstrate strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-industry thought leadership, along with proficiency in software configuration management systems and client interfacing skills. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, financial processes for projects, and different pricing models.
