As an Infoscion, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality consulting solutions to customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the engagement effort to deliver consulting solutions from problem definition to solution design and deployment - Reviewing proposals, providing guidance, and analyzing solutions to identify potential risks and issues - Identifying change management requirements and proposing structured approaches to clients - Coaching team members, providing subject matter training, and motivating the team through effective feedback and recognition - Contributing to unit level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality consulting solutions to customers In terms of technical requirements, you should have expertise in Salesforce and Salesforce Lightning, with 9 years of relevant experience. Your hands-on experience should include defining Salesforce architecture, sharing alternative solution approaches, defining development best practices, participating in customer design reviews, and managing and mentoring a team. Certifications in Salesforce PD1, PD2, Sales and Service Consultant are required, with additional SFDC certification being an advantage. Additional responsibilities will include knowledge of software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, awareness of latest technologies and industry trends, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, industry domain knowledge, understanding of financial processes and pricing models, client interfacing skills, knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, as well as project and team management skills.
