Job Description

As a seasoned Salesforce professional with over 9 years of experience, you possess a strong foundation in Salesforce technologies, including Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Your expertise extends to defining Salesforce architecture, proposing alternative solution approaches, establishing development best practices tailored to customer needs, participating in and leading customer design review boards, and working with Apex, Integration, and LWC. Your prior experience includes successful implementations in Sales and Service cloud environments, demonstrating your ability to effectively manage and mentor teams of 10 to 15 members. Holding certifications such as Salesforce PD1, PD2, Sales and Service Consultant, and additional SFDC certifications is highly valued. As a key member of the Infosys consulting team, your role involves leading engagements to deliver high-quality consulting solutions to clients. Your responsibilities encompass reviewing proposals, guiding consultants, analyzing solutions, identifying change management requirements, and devising structured change management approaches using various communication channels. In addition to coaching and providing vision for the team, you will offer subject matter training, motivate team members through feedback and recognition, and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives. Your focus is on delivering value-added consulting solutions that align with organizational guidelines and processes. Your proficiency in software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, strategic thinking, cross-industry thought leadership, and awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends set you apart. Your logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, collaboration skills, domain knowledge, understanding of financial processes and pricing models, client interfacing capabilities, and familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies make you a valuable asset in project and team management.
