As an Infoscion, your role involves leading the engagement effort to provide high-quality consulting solutions to customers. This includes guiding consultants, analyzing solutions, identifying change management requirements, and proposing structured approaches for managing change. You will also coach the team, provide subject matter training, and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality consulting solutions while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the engagement effort to provide high-quality consulting solutions - Review proposals, provide guidance, and analyze solutions for client business problems - Identify change management requirements and propose structured approaches for managing change - Coach the team, provide subject matter training, and contribute to organizational initiatives Qualification Required: - 9 years of Salesforce relevant experience - Hands-on experience in defining Salesforce architecture, sharing alternative solution approaches, defining development best practices, participating in customer design review boards, and Apex Integration LWC - Prior implementation experience in Sales and Service cloud - Ability to manage and mentor a team of 10 to 15 members - Certifications in Salesforce PD1, PD2, Sales and Service Consultant; additional SFDC certification is an added advantage In addition to the primary responsibilities, you are expected to have good knowledge of software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, awareness of latest technologies and industry trends, logical thinking and problem-solving skills, industry domain knowledge, understanding of financial processes and pricing models for projects, client interfacing skills, knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, and project and team management abilities.
