As an Infoscion, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers. This includes guiding the team through problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment. You will review proposals, analyze solutions, identify change management requirements, and propose structured approaches for managing change. Additionally, you will coach the team, provide subject matter training, and motivate team members through effective feedback and recognition. Your contributions will be vital in providing high-quality consulting solutions to customers while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the engagement effort to provide consulting solutions - Review proposals, analyze solutions, and identify potential risks - Propose structured change management approaches - Coach and provide subject matter training to team members - Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives Qualifications Required: - 9 years of Salesforce experience - Hands-on experience in defining Salesforce architecture, alternative solution approaches, development best practices, and customer design review boards - Prior implementation experience in Sales and Service cloud - Ability to manage and mentor a team of 10 to 15 members - Certifications in Salesforce PD1, PD2, Sales and Service Consultant (additional SFDC certification is an advantage) In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have good knowledge of software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, awareness of latest technologies and industry trends, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, industry domain knowledge, understanding of financial processes and pricing models for projects, client interfacing skills, knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, as well as project and team management skills.
