SFDC Senior Technology Architect/ Principal Consultant

As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your role involves leading engagement efforts to provide high-quality consulting solutions to customers. Your responsibilities include reviewing proposals, analyzing solutions, identifying change management requirements, and proposing structured approaches to manage change effectively. Additionally, you will coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training, and motivate team members through feedback and recognition. You will also contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives to deliver value-adding consulting solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead engagement efforts to provide high-quality consulting solutions - Review proposals, analyze solutions, and identify potential risks and issues - Identify change management requirements and propose structured approaches - Coach team members, provide training, and offer feedback and recognition - Contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives Qualifications Required: - Strong business acumen and cross-industry thought leadership - Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities - Knowledge of software configuration management systems - Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies - Project and team management experience Technical Requirements: - Primary skills in Salesforce, Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Aura, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) - 9 years of Salesforce experience - Hands-on experience in defining Salesforce architecture, sharing alternative solution approaches, defining development best practices, participating in customer design review boards, and Apex integration LWC - Prior implementation experience in Sales and Service cloud - Ability to manage and mentor a team of 10 to 15 members - Certifications in Salesforce PD1, PD2, Sales and Service Consultant; additional SFDC certification is advantageous Preferred Skills: - Expertise in Salesforce Lightning technology If you believe you possess the necessary skills and experience to help clients in their digital transformation journey, this opportunity at Infosys may be the perfect fit for you.,
