SFDC /Salesforce COE Lead (Financial Domain)

As a Salesforce Financial Services Competency Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of a dedicated Canter of Excellence (CoE) focused on leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud within a financial institution. Your primary goal will be to ensure optimal utilization of the platform to streamline business processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive key performance indicators across sales, service, and wealth management functions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: - Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively leverage Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. - Drive initiatives to align the CoE's objectives with the overall business goals of the financial institution. Implementation and Development: - Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions to meet the organization's requirements. - Lead the development of customized features and functionalities to enhance the platform's performance. Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions. - Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for CoE initiatives. Team Leadership and Development: - Provide leadership and guidance to a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and project managers. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to enhance team capabilities. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: - Monitor and analyze the performance of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to identify areas for improvement. - Implement optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness. Required Skills & Experience: - 12+ years of experience in Financial Services cloud and nCino. - Certifications in Admin, Sales, Service, FSC Specialist Superbadge, FSC AP, Omni Studio Consultant, Banking AP, Experience Cloud Consultant, and nCino. - Deep understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud features and functionalities. - Extensive experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and configuration. - Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of financial services industry practices and regulations. - Experience with data analysis and reporting for measuring Salesforce performance. - Proven experience in leading successful nCino implementations within the banking industry. - Deep understanding of banking operations, loan lifecycle management, and related regulatory requirements. - Openness to travel up to 25% for business needs.
