Your efforts contribute to successful project execution and the delivery of promised engagements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create, configure, and maintain custom reports and dashboards. - Manage users, permissions, profiles, list views, and groups. - Create and customize page layouts. - Edit and maintain data quality, account, and contact information. - Develop and maintain Salesforce training materials. - Create and manage workflows/process builder. - Support the creation and migration of new development features. **Qualifications:** **Required:** - 3 years of Business Systems Analysis experience, including configuring Salesforce. - Currently SFDC Admin 201 Certified. **Preference Qualifications:** - Understanding of CRM related business processes like Sales Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, etc. In this role, you are expected to have an excitement to learn and develop your skillsets as a Salesforce admin.
