Description
As a SF Admin at NTT DATA, your role is crucial in ensuring the digital technology and related services provided to clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing development, testing, implementation, and documentation within the SalesForce.com platform - Supporting dashboarding, data analysis, and visualization needs for the team - Developing and maintaining Lightening Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, and integrations to other third-party solutions - Acting as the first point of escalation for daily service issues and being a primary point of contact for Stakeholders - Preparing/reviewing Test Scripts and conducting Unit testing of changes - Providing training, support, and leadership to the larger project team - Developing Apex Class and Visualforce pages in compliance with Salesforce.com recommended standards - Creating Apex Test classes with a minimum of 90% coverage to validate all functionalities and bulk operations Key Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting role with completion of at least 5 projects in a development role - Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer-I - Salesforce Certified App Builder - Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, Splunk Analytics Preferred Experience: - Prior experience with Agile software development methodology - Knowledge of Reports & Dashboards, SOQL & SOSL - Knowledge of Lightning Application on Aura Framework - Experience in providing Security controllers to users using Profiles, Roles, Permission sets and OWD Setting - Experience with data migration using Data Loader NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
