SETTER CUM PROGRAMMER

• Implementing and ensuring SAFETY, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO EnMS 50001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 system requirement and TPM requirements.
• 5's implementation.
• Measurement & Manufacturing feasibility report preparation as per print requirement
• Fixture design confirmation as per document
• Tool list preparation & Tools drawing verification and approval
• Tool package preparation and verification
• Fixture drawing verification & approval
• Process sequence preparation and finalization
• Machining program & cad cam program to make as per target cycle time
• Quality requirement to be fulfill as per customer requirement
• Improvement activities in all type of machining like TC, VMC, HMC, Conventional machines
• Cycle time reduction to improve CPC (Cost per Component)
• Confirmation for on time delivery at development part
• Training for new parts to setters & Operators
• Improvement activities for regular running parts and new development parts
• PPAP and APQP requirement fulfillment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
