Job Description

Job Role -
  • Operate

    Special Purpose Machinery(SPM)

    and tools to set up production equipment.
  • Ensure the

    correct configuration

    and

    calibration of machines

    . Perform routine

    maintenance

    and

    troubleshooting

    to ensure smooth operation.
  • Maintain overall line rejection as per benchmark.
  • To reduce

    setting

    and

    resetting

    time.
  • Minimize machine interuptions/ minor stoppages.
  • Carryout TPM activities.

  • Training

    of machine

    operator

    .
  • Downtime analysis & action plan preparation to reduce downtime.

Goal of position -
  • OEE improvement.
  • Rejection analysis and reduction.
  • Minimize downtime.
  • Setup time optimization.
Your Qualifications

  • DME Mechanical

    with

    3-7 years of experience

    .(Production/Maintenance)
