SUMMARY Greetings, Excellent opportunity for SE/SSE@ Delhi & Pune. About Client - Our client is an Indian manufacturer , seller and exporter of plywoods , laminates, doors, PVCs and veneers. Must Have - Minimum 2years of working experience in channel sales. Comfortable with Building material industry (No Cement). Comfortable with Delhi & Pune location. Ensure all locations within the area are operating dealers and distributors efficiently and meeting company standards. Implement company policies and procedures. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Hire, train, and supervise managers at each location. Conduct regular performance evaluations. Provide leadership and support to ensure staff development and satisfaction. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Implement local marketing initiatives.
