Servicing Engineer (EV Charging)

As a Service Engineer at Statiq in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in the Electric Vehicle Charging sector. Recognized as one of the top 3 most promising start-ups by NASSCOM in 2020 and selected for the prestigious Y Combinator accelerator program, Statiq is at the forefront of the EV movement in India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage complaints related to services - Maintain records of spares inventory - Oversee service associates - Handle customer escalations effectively - Generate service revenue - Provide training to customers and service partners - Prepare daily reports as per management requirements **Qualifications Required:** - Develop strong interpersonal relationships with customers and team members - Possess good product knowledge of EV Chargers/SMPS/UPS - Proficient in working with laptops, Excel, MS Word, and Power Point - Willingness to travel extensively within the respective Circle/Region - Ability to manage associate manpower effectively - Analytical skills to analyze faults and implement feasible solutions using tools like CAN, Tera-term, J-tag, RS485, RS232, and knowledge of charging protocols such as GB/T, CCS-2, AC Type2, ISO standards like ISO-15118, ISO-92196, ISO-61851, SAE-J1772, OCPP, PLC, and components like Breakers MCCB, RCD, ELCB, Rectifiers, Network Operation, LV, HV components, BMS, Controllers & Micro Controllers **Eligibility Criteria:** - Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering - 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service Support for EV Chargers/SMPS/UPS - Good English communication skills, both written and verbal At Statiq, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to building India's largest EV infrastructure.
