Role Overview: As a principal Services & Lifecycle Support Engineer at Broadcom, you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge private cloud service and support solutions for key customers. Your primary responsibility will be to create technology-driven offerings that drive impactful consulting and support for clients transitioning to private cloud and modern applications infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Gather regional market requirements and develop technical solutions to support practitioners and partners globally - Measure success based on customer value realization and consumption growth through the launch and scalability of high-quality service offers and engagement materials - Produce high-quality VMware Cloud Foundation private cloud and application infrastructure services and lifecycle support offerings - Develop standardized scoping, resourcing, proposal, and engagement materials, technical enablement resources, and best practice documentation - Collaborate with product and services engineering, solution architecture, marketing, and delivery teams to achieve customer and business objectives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience preferred, or equivalent experience - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills - Self-starter mentality and ownership mindset in a fast-paced, technology-led growth environment Additional Details: Broadcom values technology innovation and accountability, emphasizing continuous improvement and performance.
