Services & Lifecycle Support Engineer

As a principal Services & Lifecycle Support Engineer at Broadcom, you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge private cloud service and support solutions for key customers. Your main focus will involve creating technology-driven strategies to deliver impactful consulting and support for clients transitioning to private cloud and modern applications infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Gather regional market requirements and design technical solutions to meet customer needs - Drive practitioner and partner success on a global scale - Measure success by evaluating customer value realization and consumption growth resulting from new offers and engagement materials - Develop standardized materials for VMware Cloud Foundation modern private cloud services and application infrastructure support - Collaborate with various teams including product engineering, solution architecture, marketing, and delivery to achieve business objectives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience, Master's degree with 10+ years of experience preferred, or equivalent - Experience in consumption-oriented software businesses and applications development is advantageous - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills - Self-starter mentality and ownership mindset in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment Note: Broadcom prioritizes technology innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
