Job Description

As a Service/Product Offer Management Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for managing the lifecycle of a product or service. Your role involves bringing knowledge of a product or service to craft technical solutions that meet client requirements and promote the company's offerings in the market. You will also be tasked with identifying new commercially viable products, enhancing existing offerings, and ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements. Collaboration is key in this role as you will engage with various teams including Engineers, Consultants, Technical Architects, and Solution Architects to ensure that the crafted solutions align with client needs. Achieving set product sales goals, providing product training to client-facing staff, and supporting internal and external stakeholders for project success are among your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will analyze product data, research competitor offerings, and contribute to the product development lifecycle. To excel in this position, you should possess seasoned knowledge of market segments, product lifecycles, and technology solutions. Demonstrating financial awareness, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities are essential. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as Scaled Agile and ITIL. The ideal candidate will have seasoned experience in a similar position within a global technology services organization, familiarity with the technology industry, and a proven track record of managing the implementation of new products or product lines.
