GENERIC JD About The Role ::The ServiceNow Test Manager is a subject matter expert and quality assurance gate keeper for our projects. The ServiceNow Test Manager defines the test strategy and leads the testing being conducted to ensure quality software deployment and stakeholder satisfaction. He/she is a member of the scrum team and provides mentoring and guidance during the various testing phases of the project to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:Design test strategy and methodologies to be used on the project Develop test cases, plans, and script templates; think through functional test scenarios based on persona Develop reporting mechanisms to track test testing results, including defects, remediations, and re-testing; Collect, analyze, and report test metrics Coordinate and enforce implementation of test strategy across teams; Manage and coordinate cross-team testing activities Collaborate with project management and developers on timing and content of builds and releases Lead the detailed planning and execution of specific testing activities, as defined within the scope of individual projects Provide estimates for Testing activities/tasks by role based on solution Qualifications:5+ years experience with the ServiceNow platform in a test manager role 2+ years experience with ServiceNows Test Management Application 2+ years experience with ServiceNows Automated Test Framework (ATF) Application 5+ years experience with hands-on testing ServiceNow Certifications:Certified System Administrator (CSA); Micro-Certification in Automated Test Framework (ATF); Micro-Certification in Agile Development and Test Management Experience with providing the necessary tasks, estimates, and associated roles to conduct the testing based on solution Advanced knowledge and experience in formulating test plans and strategies, including documentation of techniques and communication to internal and external stakeholders Experience supporting teams with testing:unit testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, etc. Experience managing client requirements Experience working in an Agile project environment Strong client interfacing skills:a positive attitude, highly motivated, excellent communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel Named Job Posting?
