As a ServiceNow Technical Lead & Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the design, architecture, and technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end design, architecture, and technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions. - Driving integration of ServiceNow with multiple systems/applications, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. - Collaborating with business analysts and project managers to align ServiceNow technology with business needs and processes. - Providing technical leadership, managing project risks, and delivering robust, high-quality solutions. - Overseeing scripting, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices across implementations. - Troubleshooting technical issues, providing recommendations, and ensuring smooth stakeholder communication. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - 10+ years of overall IT experience, with extensive ServiceNow implementation background. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, framework, data model, and integrations. - Expertise in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow APIs & Web Services. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, large-scale projects.,
