ServiceNow Team Lead

As a skilled ServiceNow Team Lead with 7+ years of hands-on experience, your role will involve managing an Operations team to support a UK client in enhancing and providing operational support. You should be comfortable working from the office during evening shifts and be flexible to accommodate extended hours based on customer demands. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, configuring, and administering solutions in the ServiceNow platform. - Handling day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules. - Working on enhancements, customizations, and support during ServiceNow releases/upgrades. - Managing and resolving operational tickets and service requests related to ServiceNow. - Supporting core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management / PPM), and ITAM (Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Application Lifecycle Management). - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions. - Participating in unit testing, UAT, and deployment of ServiceNow updates. - Providing timely support during and after business hours based on customer needs. Your preferred skills for this role include: - Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and ITAM (SAM/HAM/ALM) modules. - Experience working on ServiceNow enhancements, platform upgrades, and release management. - Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript), workflows, UI Policies, and Business Rules in ServiceNow. - Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) is an added advantage. Additionally, you should be willing to work in UK shifts with flexibility to extend as per business needs, committed to working from the Bangalore office, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.,
