ServiceNow Senior Tester

You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with a specific focus on ServiceNow applications. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed test plans and test cases tailored to ServiceNow applications. You will execute various types of tests including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. It will be your responsibility to identify, document, and manage defects using appropriate tracking tools. Collaboration with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage is crucial. You will also be required to perform root cause analysis of defects and collaborate with development teams for resolution. Automation of test cases using suitable tools and frameworks is an essential part of this role. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices, providing regular updates and detailed reports on test status to stakeholders, and staying informed about the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements are key responsibilities. To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You must have a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices, proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and teamwork skills, and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies would be advantageous. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification, experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices, and familiarity with test management tools.,
