ServiceNow Senior Developer/Lead

Job Description

Requirement: Looking for people who have experience with one or more of: Workspace development Portals development Integrations CMDB development Platform intelligence, process mining and reporting Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide API. Extensive experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub and MID Server. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and written skills. Responsibilities: Build custom applications and modules in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs. Develop and update UI policies, business rules, and workflows. Configure and implement third-party system integrations (e.g., Active Directory, email services, APIs). Tune ServiceNow applications for performance and usability. Create and maintain Service Catalog and Self-Service Portals. Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve them. Work with other groups to capture requirements and apply resolutions. Keep up to date on ServiceNow documentation and best practice. Create and maintain advanced scripts for data transformation, automation, and orchestration. Develop and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and UI actions. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. Perform process mining, document technical specifications, and create comprehensive user guides. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow platform intelligence, features, and industry trends. Configuring and customization of Workspace feature. Custom App / Scoped App Build and Development Create and manage custom reporting and dashboards.
