ServiceNow Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on

  ITSM

  and

  integration

  modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Perform system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and tools.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and customizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10+

  years of ServiceNow development experience

• Strong expertise in

  ITSM

  modules.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
• Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
