Job Title: ServiceNow SecOps VR Specialist Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: 7 to 9 years Company: Mindsprint Job Summary: Mindsprint is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow SecOps VR Specialist to join our security operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and optimizing Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow SecOps VR modules to enhance security posture and streamline vulnerability management processes. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and configure ServiceNow SecOps VR modules. • Integrate ServiceNow SecOps solutions with other security tools and IT systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Develop workflows, scripts, and automation rules to streamline vulnerability response processes. • Monitor and optimize the performance of SecOps VR solutions. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow SecOps applications. • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices in SecOps and VR. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. • 5 to 9 years of experience in ServiceNow SecOps VR implementation and configuration. • Strong understanding of vulnerability management and security operations processes. • Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and other scripting languages. • Experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules such as Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification is a plus.
