As a Development Lead specializing in ServiceNow HR Onboarding Stream, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and integration of HR onboarding solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the seamless and efficient execution of HR processes, aligning them with organizational objectives and ServiceNow best practices. This position demands a strong technical aptitude, leadership skills, and familiarity with hybrid work environments. Key Responsibilities: **Project Leadership:** - Lead the design, development, and deployment of HR onboarding solutions in ServiceNow. - Ensure technical implementations are aligned with business needs and organizational goals. **ServiceNow Development:** - Configure, customize, and enhance the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module, including HR Case Management and Employee Onboarding. - Develop workflows, scripts, and integrations to automate and optimize HR processes. - Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices. **Stakeholder Collaboration:** - Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. - Provide guidance to the HR team on utilizing ServiceNow capabilities for enhanced user experiences. **Team Leadership and Mentorship:** - Manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators. - Ensure timely milestone delivery while fostering a collaborative work environment. **Quality Assurance:** - Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance optimization to deliver high-quality results. - Identify and mitigate risks in the development process to ensure project success. **Integration and Support:** - Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements. **Compliance and Governance:** - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security, and local regulations. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and integrations. Qualifications and Experience: **Education:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. **Experience:** - Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, with at least 3+ years in HRSD. - Proven track record of leading development teams in hybrid work environments. - Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in onboarding workflows. **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including catalog items, workflows, scripting, REST APIs, and integrations. - Experience with HR integrations such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar. - Strong grasp of ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations.,
