Servicenow Lead Developer

As a Servicenow Lead Developer at Birlasoft, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Designing, developing, and implementing custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform, such as workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and UI actions. - Integrating ServiceNow with other internal and external systems and applications using REST, SOAP, and other web services. - Configuring ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others to meet business requirements. - Identifying and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations. - Providing technical support and assistance to end-users and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of ServiceNow applications. - Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations. - Collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and team members to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Conducting system and integration testing to ensure quality and functionality of ServiceNow implementations. - Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of ServiceNow development practices. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications. - Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. - Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with end-users and team members. - ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly desirable. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve common goals. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices, such as Scrum or Kanban.,
