Job Description MUST Have Overall IT Experience 12+ years 8+ years of relevant experience in development, configuration, upgrades, orchestration, Third-party integrations and building solution onServiceNow platform, ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, ITBM, HAM (Hardware Asset Management), Service Request management, Service Portal and Platform management. Strong integration/automation experience, Handson inusing Webservices + SOAP/REST API s Experience in ServiceNow Automation/Orchestration - Integration hub/spokes and Cloud based automation Example: Google Cloud/AWS/Azure experience Request Fulfilment automations hands on in the areas like Server commissioning/decommissioning, storage, backup, patching etc. Knowledge and understanding of the usage/implementation of containerization tools like Kubernetes or Docker etc. Candidate must be able to design/code/manage development work (all round) Work closely with Customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements, propose solutions to business problems and lead the technical delivery and implementation of the chosen solution. Strong and hands on architecting and designing capabilities. Must be able to single-handedly propose, own the architecture and design solution, execute proof of concept independently and execute innovative solution. Should be able to work independently and in agile manner. Advantage to have the ServiceNow product management and team management experience. Strong flare for innovation and research, and able to apply it to practice. Excellent communication skills Should be able to drive customer presentations, explain solutions to customer audience, drive innovation workshop with customer in areas of cloud and mobility architectures. ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer, Certification preferred. Nice to have Basic knowledge and awareness of various public, private cloud and PaaS solution.
