ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Role Overview: As a ServiceNow ITSM Developer at NTT DATA, your primary responsibility will be configuration and development within the Incident/Request/Change, Virtual Agent, Integration, and ITSM domains. It is essential to maintain a solid understanding of ITAM and CMDB while utilizing good communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
