As a ServiceNow ITBM, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Development and Customization: - Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS. - Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations. - Create and maintain custom workflows, application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls. - Integration and Configuration: - Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs. - Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows. - Administer Knowledge Base and Service Catalog. - Performance and Quality Assurance: - Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements. - Ensure that ServiceNow applications meet established quality standards and performance criteria. - Conduct thorough reviews of test results and provide detailed reports on testing outcomes. - Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding development progress, issues, and risks.
